Aava Mobile Oy announces ISO 9001:2015 certification

OULU, FINLAND – Aava Mobile, the supplier of mobile POS systems has been assessed and certified as meeting the requirements of ISO 9001:2015. For over 10 years, Aava has been among the most innovative companies developing tablet PCs and handheld devices. Close collaboration with Intel has enabled Aava to keep delivering state-of-the-art solutions – among them the first Intel smartphone and the first low-power Atom tablet.

The International Organization for Standardization (ISO) 9001:2015 specifies requirements for a quality management system and is the latest standard of its kind. It assists companies in demonstrating their ability to consistently provide products and services that meet customer needs and comply with applicable statutory and regulatory requirements. Based on ISO Aava further enhances customer satisfaction through the effective application of the system, including optimized design processes and the assurance of conformity to customer specifications, quality expectations and legal regulations.
